Ages and Participation- Phase 6

Biological Age: Full Maturation

Age: Female 16+  |  Male 17+

Training Age: Minimum of 10+ years in sport

Participation: Skis 4-5 days a week, 130-150* days a year. At least 10% is free skiing

Competition Period: November- April

Number of Race Starts: 55* based on the number of disciplines

Ratio Racing to Training: 1:3

Early maturing athletes with over ten years of skiing experience will enter this phase at 16 for girls and 17 for boys, but others will enter several years later.
