Team Summit Colorado, a non-profit youth organization based in Summit County, Colorado, is actively seeking a dynamic, action-oriented, Executive Director who will be accountable for providing leadership, strategic direction, and vision for the development and achievement of the organization’s mission in partnership with the Board of Directors.  The Executive Director works closely with the Board of Directors and management team to shape and execute the business strategy.The Executive Director will manage the day-to-day operations of the organization as well as executing strategic initiatives, supervising Program Directors, creating and managing the annual budget, managing fundraising operations and developing community relations.

ASPEN VALLEY SKI AND SNOWBOARD CLUB, CO  is seeking 2 full-time seasonal coaches to add to our professional coaching staff. The U16 position is full-time,  October 1 to May 1 with competitive salary and health benefit. Salary DOE. Coaching positions are available for head coaches, assistant coaches and week-end coaches across all ages and abilities in the Alpine Programs. Pinnacle Ski Racing South East Michigan. We are South East Michigan’s premiere USSA racing club.  We operate out of 2 ski areas in SE Michigan, Mt. Pinnacle Ski Racing is looking for enthusiastic young coaches with some experience to be a lead coach in our fast growing program. USSA Level 200 preferred. We operate June thru Late March with an emphasize on well conditioned athletes.  Job Commitment is late November thru late March.  Must be ready and willing to travel.   Looking for coaches who are committed to total development of their athletes.  Pinnacle is committed to giving our athletes individual specialized attention.

Alpine Coaches Wanted:

Mammoth Mountain Ski Team is seeking coaches for season 2013-14.  We have the terrain, the infrastructure and length of season that most coaches dream of. Currently we are looking for full and part time coaches in all levels of our program that have the ability to connect with athletes. The support the mountain gives our team’s is unmatched anywhere in the west.  The ski area provides ample training lanes, early morning access, excellent grooming and a watering system that provides the surface athletes need to excel. Working with our local schools and Community Foundation allows for both out of town athletes and locals to reach their goals both academically and athletically. Preferable applicants should have experience racing or coaching and some involvement with USSA or PSIA.

Bachelor degree in physical education or related subject or equivalent related work experience; excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate in small and large groups; good working knowledge of FIS and USSA organizations, requirements and selection processes; proficiency of computer skills including use of Excel, word processing, data entry, internet, e-mail; ability to develop cohesive teams, both skiers and coaching staff; Possession of current ski coach, CPR, and first aid certifications; USSA Level 100 Coaching Certification required, Level 300 recommended or the ability to advance within the first two years of employment; minimum of 10 years coaching experience; valid driver license with good driving record (must be insurable); Competitive background in ski racing is pFull-Time position, directs and oversees all aspects of the Multnomah Athletic Club- MAC Ski Team including: developing and promoting the programs and policies; hiring and supervising the staff; communicating with members; training athletes. Program Manager Wanted:

Auburn Ski Club Training Center on Donner Summit, CA is currently seeking to fill the year-round position of Training Center programs manager.  ASC-TC is a nationally recognized club that offers a wide range of Cross-Country, Alpine, Snowboarding, Freeride and Biathlon programs with a competition schedule in all disciplines.  ASC-TC operates its own facilities that include a 20K XC trail system, biathlon range and Alpine race arena at the adjacent Boreal Mt. Resort.  The TC Programs Manager is a key member of the TC staff devoted to providing winter sports opportunities and athletic achievement to club members.
