Event Information
Overview:
The U.S. Snowboarding Revolution Tour is a competition that brings together athletes across the region to identify the top juniors in the country. Halfpipe and slopestyle athletes 13 and older (SBX 15 and older) compete together in an open-class style event. Top juniors will be named to U.S. Snowboarding’s Project Gold, a group of the top development athletes in the country who will train together in the summer time and be invited to other select projects. Athletes must have a current National USSA license and FIS license prior to registering for a Revolution Tour contest. USSA or FIS memberships may not be purchased onsite; memberships must be purchased at least two weeks prior to the event. There will be no onsite registration at the event.

Athlete’s participating in the Revolution Tour also has the opportunity to qualify for the following events:
2010-11 Grand Prix - Top 25 Men and 20 Women from the overall Revolution Tour standings will qualify for the 10/11 Grand Prix. Spots will be handed down if already qualified.
Junior Worlds – New Zealand, August 2010. Top overall juniors from the Revolution Tour will qualify for the FIS Junior World Championships. Please see event criteria posted at www.ussa.org for specifics.
USASA National - Copper April 5th - April 11th, 2010. Overall (10) men and (5) women in halfpipe, slopestyle and SBX will be awarded a spot at USASA Nationals Open Class. Spots will NOT be handed down if already pre-qualified.

Registration:
Registration will be held in the Race Room on the second floor of the North Lodge.
Athletes must have a current National USSA license and FIS license prior to registering for the Nor Am. There will be no onsite USSA or FIS registration at the event.
