The USSA’s multi-year partnership with Lagunitas will showcase some of the leading beers in new regional markets at USSA events across the country.
Lagunitas, as a top notch craft beer brand, has a tremendous amount of consumer loyalty. It’s helped catapult them into being the nations fifth largest craft brewery. In addition to the growing fan base, their employees are passionate about the product and work tirelessly to create the best beers on the planet.
“Lagunitas is psyched to be the new beer sponsor for the USSA,” said Karen Hamilton, director of communications for the brewery. “Partnerships like this come from the heart and desire to do our part and help our U.S. athletes continue to be the best in the world. We look forward to sharing a Lagunitas with all the USSA community of athletes and families and all the folks who love snow sports.”
Lagunitas will have a presence at multiple domestic World Cups this season, including the U.S. Grand Prix in Mammoth, CA and Park City, UT. The deal will run through the 2017-2018 Olympic season taking advantage of the huge hype and awareness of the Olympic qualification competitions of the U.S. Grand Prix.
“The mountain culture, enjoying the outdoors, and the après ski lifestyle is a big part our sports,” stated USSA Chief Marketing Officer Michael Jaquet. “Lagunitas truly embodies this culture and will be a highlight in our hospitality areas as well as local bars and restaurants for seasons to come.”
About Lagunitas Brewing Company Lagunitas Brewing Company began on a kitchen stove in Northern California in 1993. From actually getting beers into bottles and onto the streets, Lagunitas looks to the future. From expanding the Petaluma Brewery to building a second in Chicago and soon a third in Azusa CA to bringing its flagship IPA across the pond, Lagunitas could probably make good beer on the Moon. Wherever you go, beer speaks, people mumble. More mumblings at www.lagunitas.com.
